How long will it take to process and ship my order?
We aim to process your order within 48 hours pending availability and credit verification. If it is not in stock, we aim to dispatch all orders within 10 working days. If you are ordering for international delivery we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
What are the shipping costs?
Items shipped within Asia has a shipping fee of $20, items shipped to the United States are $25 , and items shipped to the rest of the world are $35. Please note that you may be charged a customs duty or taxes depending on your country.
How long will it take to receive my order?
For dresses in stock-
For any shipments going to any Asian address, after processing, we will try to deliver your order within 4-6 business days. For the United States, you should have your order to you within 7 business days. For all other international countries, the estimated delivery time is up to10 business days.
For dresses that are made to order -
Your dresses may take anywhere near 7-14 days to make! Please keep that in mind when placing your order. If you're not sure, please feel free inquire by emailing us at info@noranoh.com.

All products are priced and billed in USD – this price will be displayed when you check out.
Refund policy
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with an item purchased from NORA NOH, please contact us immediately at info@noranoh.com and we will try to find a solution.
Any returns or refunds must receive initial approval via email by NORA NOH. All unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred.
- All items must still be in their original packaging with all the tags still attached.
- NORA NOH cannot accept returns of used, worn, and/ or destroyed goods.
- We reserve the right to deem the quality of a return or exchange for acceptance.
- All orders including international orders must be returned within 8 days of the receipt date. Any returns or exchanges postmarked after 8 days will be ineligible for returns and will not be processed. You must enclose a copy of the invoice with any returned items.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for any delivery charges incurred by the return of a purchased item to NORA NOH. Original shipping, delivery or handling fees are non-refundable. NORA NOH cannot be responsible for any parcels that fail to reach us and is not liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any return shipment during transit.
- You can either exchange the returned product or request a full refund of the original cost. We do not refund shipping cost, and there will be a $50 restocking fee for refunds. Any refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original payment. For purchases made with a credit card or bank transfer, we will refund you to the account from which the payment was made. Sale, discounted or promotional items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Cancellation of Orders
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched from NORA NOH. If you wish to cancel your order or amend it in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via email. We aim to accommodate for any request to cancel or amend orders, however, cancellations or amendments of orders will only be complete once you receive a confirmation or re-issued invoice from us.

What if I don’t see my size?
If you see an item that you like but don’t see your size, please feel free to send us an email either through the Contact Page or at info@noranoh.com. We may be able to offer you the same item in your size!
Is it possible to lengthen sleeves or skirt lengths?
We understand that everyone has individualized preferences, so if you see an item but would prefer a longer skirt or sleeves or additional customizations, please shoot us an email at info@noranoh.com with the style number and the measurements that you prefer. Please note that there may be an extra charge for alterations and customization.
Do you provide extra fabric?
We may be able to provide extra fabric for you to lengthen your own dresses. If you prefer this option, please send us an email at info@noranoh.com and we will be able to provide you with the additional costs of the fabric.
How do I look after my Nora Noh products?
Our dresses are made with the utmost care and attention to detail. Please handle all dresses with care and follow the label instructions, which is found inside the dress. Oftentimes, we use delicate fabrics, so please be careful when ironing and wearing the merchandise so that you do not cause damage.
